Mother-Child Training Service

« Aller Hop ! »

The activity Aller Hop! consists of a post-natal training session with baby. Created in two stages, the first part takes place in the house (during the period of cold weather, outside in hot weather), while the second is done outside with the stroller.

Aller Hop! encourages the development of a powerful bond between mother and child, all in a cheerful and sparkling atmosphere!

What is Aller Hop! ?
The mother is led to make a series of movements to strengthen and restore strength to her musculature after pregnancy and childbirth. Varying between aerobic and strength training, this first part heats up while toning muscles for the second part.
All movements involve the baby in some way (sometimes he will be in the mother's arms, sometimes he will lie on the ground in front of her). Thus, the baby's weight will be used to strengthen the muscles of the upper body of the mother
The second part is done outside with the stroller. (About 30 minutes)
~ This moment allows the baby to take a nap.
The first part is done on a Yoga mat. (About 30 minutes)
~ This period will be when the baby is awake
This part allows to continue the physical training while the baby rests. Using the stroller, the mother is allowed to strengthen her muscles of her lower body. A series of exercises remembering pilates and aerobics are practiced.
Aller Hop! can be offered when the baby is able to maintain his head by himself, that is to say about 3-4 months after childbirth. Each movement is adapted according to the physical condition of the mother and the child.
